Jack and Pat were great to work with. Upon initially reading Jack's review I was surprised. I spoke with him regarding it, and asked for specific concerns. He offered to revise the review, but Zillow does not make that easy. The review stated concern about the selling process for Canadians. We discussed the process when they listed. But, there are aspects behind the scenes that I attend to in order to provide the best outcome. This includes gathering information to determine the implications with regards to FIRPTA, for each offer and then presenting them with this extra info and details for an educated decision. It was my failing that I didn't explain the behind the scenes parts beforehand. But he understood and offered to adjust the review. Despite that issue, the review is still likely to recommend. And, the Canadian agent who referred them to me called to say how happy they were. Despite the review saying it was listed, but not sold, this listing was a successful sale.
